Accident, damage, theft or loss?

Get in touch by phone via our Arval driver hotline at +49 (0) 89 / 744 23 100.

Arval will note down the details of your accidents and take the next steps, such as collection or retrieval of your vehicle. You will be sent a completed damage report as a confirmation. Only Arval may choose the workshop or issue repair orders.

We ask you to report any personal injuries, theft, break-ins, fire, damage caused by wild animals and damage suffered during parking involving hit-and-runs or vandalism, to the nearest police station. Do NOT sign a confession or declaration of assignment on site!

Report glass breakage to Arval via the Arval driver hotline at +49 (0) 89 / 744 23 100. Our service partners carry out repairs quickly and professionally and sometimes even on site. The relevant invoices are issued to Arval Deutschland GmbH.

If your vehicle is lost, please report this to the police as soon as possible. Incidents abroad involving vehicle loss should be reported first to the local police and then later on also to the German police.
Report the incident to Arval immediately by phone via the Arval driver hotline at +49 (0) 89 / 744 23 100. Send a written report to Arval within 2 working days and attach a copy of the report, all vehicle keys and the radio code card.
